Text Input Improvements
While at D+H (now Finastra), I had the opportunity to work on many exciting projects. As a Product Analyst, I spearheaded a pivotal feature enhancement within the CreditQuest Risk Management Solution. This enhancement allowed users to leverage Microsoft Word for rich text input within CreditQuest, surpassing the limitations of the less versatile Telerik editor which was the default text input tool. I led the user research, oversaw the development, ensured quality assurance, wrote release notes, and owned the feedback loop.
Following the rollout of this feature, CreditQuest's Net Promoter Score (NPS) increased by over 10 points! This achievement marked a significant advancement in user experience and satisfaction for the platform.

We developed a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) user interface tailored specifically for banks and credit unions, streamlining the creation of Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) application processes for their websites. Our solution empowered financial institutions (FIs) to customize colors, images, and content effortlessly, eliminating the need for constant interaction with our customer support team.
